Parking is NOT allowed on the grass or on the side of the road.
If parking fills up at the venue, there is overflow parking at Winn Dixie – an 800 foot walk away.

Food and drinks are NOT permitted inside the gymnasium.

Accessibility
The facility we are renting out is wheelchair accessible, inside and outside. The walkways inside are greater than 8-feet in width, so people won’t be rubbing shoulders. There are designated cosplay photo areas, so people won’t obstruct entrances and walkways.
Health & Safety
We have security on the premises to ensure a safe convention. The classic video game area has alcohol wipes at each station to keep everything clean between gaming sessions. The tabletop & collectible card game room has hand sanitizers nearby.
